  1. Are all the roses available in the shop real? Yes, the roses  are real and natural.

  2. What collections and box sizes are there?  Our arrangements are available in round and square shapes. You can also choose between the colors white, black and rose. 

  3. What rose designs do you offer?
    We offer our arrangements in a single color design. In addition, we can also create multi-colored mixed and personalized designs on request. Please contact us via info@a-luxury-flowerbox.de so that we can meet your individual requirements.

  4. How many roses are there in the boxes? Depends on the individual size of the roses and the shape of the boxes.

  5. How do I look after my arrangements?
    Direct sunlight and moisture should be avoided to keep your roses looking beautiful for a long time. You can find detailed descriptions of care on our care instructions page.

  6. Do I have to water the Luxury Roses?
    No. 

  7. Why do the “Luxury Roses” last so long?
    Our "Luxury" roses are gently treated with natural liquids at the time of their most beautiful bloom, which means that water is removed from the flowers and they acquire a certain elasticity. In terms of their look and feel, they do not differ from fresh rose heads!

  8. Can a greeting card be enclosed with the arrangement for the recipient?
    Yes. You can enter a very personal greeting in the text field provided for this purpose, which will then appear on the card. You can also send us your request by email. We try to accommodate your request. Please note that the size of the greeting card is roughly the size of a business card, approx. 9x12cm.

  9. What do I do if I need a higher number of arrangements for a larger event?
    Just write us your individual request at info @ a-luxury-flowerbox .de .

  1. How do I place an order?
    1. Select the product you want.

    3. Put the product in the shopping cart.
    4. If you do not want to add any further arrangements to the shopping cart, go to the checkout and follow the instructions in the ordering process.

    6. Now you can enter the shipping and billing data and the preferred payment method.
    7. Finally, confirm the purchase.

  3. What happens after the order is received?
    After receiving your order, an automated order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered within a few minutes. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
    As soon as we have sent the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number and the invoice from  DHL.
    If you have any further questions about the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at any time by email at info @ a-luxury-flowerbox .de  contact our customer service. You will immediately receive an answer to your question.

  4. Can I change my order afterwards? A subsequent change to the order is unfortunately not possible. All flowerboxes are created individually for you. 

  5. Should you wish to cancel, please send us an email to no later than 60 minutes after placing your order  info @ a-luxury-flowerbox .de

  6. Can I track my shipment?
    As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation. On the same day, we will also provide you with your personal tracking number. With this you can call up the current location of your parcel.

  7. What happens in the event of theft or accidental damage?
    All deliveries that are sent by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. Our rose arrangements are made by  DHL treated them carefully so that your order arrives safely. In addition, we protect the roses inside the shipping box to ensure that they remain intact. As soon as the written confirmation of receipt has been issued, this insurance cover expires.

  8. How can I have my order sent to a delivery address that differs from the billing address?
    In the check-out, simply enter the desired delivery address, which differs from the billing address, and we will send the order to this address while you receive the invoice yourself.

 

Shipping questions
  1. How much is the shipping?
    We ship with DHL Standard (€ 3.90) and DHL Express (€ 6.90) and if you want it to be particularly fast or you want delivery on a Monday, we use premium shipping (€ 9.90). If you wish, use your postcode to check whether delivery is possible on the following day or even on the same day. Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday by premium shipping (€ 16.80) is also possible. Within Germany we deliver free of charge as standard shipping for orders over € 99.

  2.  Which shipping company am I receiving deliveries from?
     We deliver with DHL.

  3.  What delivery options are there?

     Delivery service by our "Flowerbox Chauffeur Service" .  Free of charge from 99 €.

     The prerequisite for delivery is that the delivery address is in the Rhein Main area and within a maximum radius of 40km  

     Frankfurt am Main is located.

  4th  The shipping costs for deliveries to other EU countries are specified in the shipping costs overview in the online shop and are shown to the customer in the         Order form displayed.

    

Payment questions
  1. What payment options are there?
    Our payment methods include Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance, cash on collection.

  2. Will my payment details be saved and transmitted so that they cannot be viewed by third parties?
    During the ordering process, your personal data is encrypted and transmitted over the Internet using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use technical and organizational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Even in the case of possible refunds, it is not possible to see the complete credit card details.

 

Care instructions

The preservation

For our arrangements from the A Luxury Flowerbox collection, we use real roses that are preserved using a special process and can therefore be kept for up to 3 years.

So that you can admire our selected roses for several years, these  cut in their most beautiful heyday.

Thanks to the addition of a natural liquid, the withering process is prevented and all the beauty of the flowers is naturally preserved.

 

The processing

After the order has been received, each arrangement is made individually and by hand.

Each arrangement is then packed with the greatest care by our staff to ensure safe transport.

 

Hints

In order to maintain the durability and quality of the roses, we have the following tips for you:

  • The roses are placed in the box in such a way that they cannot fall out. Nevertheless, we ask you to handle the arrangement with care and not to tip or toss it.

  • The roses must not be watered, otherwise their shelf life is limited.

  • Frequent touching should be avoided due to the moisture on the surface of the skin, as this can transfer to the flowers, causing the roses to lose shape and color.

  • Please avoid direct sunlight on the roses.

  • Ideally, you should store the arrangement in a shady place at room temperature.

  • Sometimes the color pigments of the roses can discolour. Place the arrangement so that it does not come into contact with sensitive fabrics such as clothing, curtains or other textiles.

  • The best way to remove dust is with dry air or a soft brush.
